Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje voltižní disciplínu, její historii a základní pravidla. Zpracovává přehled gymnastických cvičení a jejich aplikaci na jednotlivé cviky a sestavy ve voltižním tréninkovém procesu.
Abstract:
This thesis describes vaulting discipline, its history and basic rules. It presents overview of gymnastic exercises and their application in practice of exercises and tests in vaulting training process.
