Aplikace controllingových nástrojů ve vybraném segmentu podniků

Abstract:

Práce identifikuje a porovnává využívané controllingové nástroje podniků v segmentu velkoobchodů, výrobců a realizačních firem voda – topení – plyn (VTP) a definuje návrhy na aplikaci dalších controllingových nástrojů pro mikro a malé podniky. Návrhy jsou podávány na základě dotazníkového šetření podniků v segmentu VTP a jejich poměrové finanční analýzy. Velkou skupinu tohoto segmentu v ČR zahrnují obchodní společnosti. U těchto podniků je důležitý také obchodní controlling. Proto jsou také vybrány nástroje jako např. sledování vlastních výkonů organizace a platebních problémů. Během analýzy podniků a poměrových ukazatelů je zjištěno, jaké ukazatele lze doporučit mikro a malým podnikům. Doporučení je na základě hodnocení poměrových ukazatelů podniky, které využívají controlling. Výzkum ukázal, že podniky nekladou vysoký důraz na rentabilitu vlastního kapitálu a primárně se soustřeďují na plán tržeb, nikoli na jejich ziskovost. Výzkum má omezení ve složení podniků zahrnutých do segmentu národního hospodářství ČR. Díky velkému zastoupení obchodních podniků by bylo záhodno detailnější rozpracování také podniků zastupujících zahraniční výrobce na českém trhu, kteří vykazují nadprůměrné výsledky v porovnání s ostatními skupinami v segmentu VTP.

Abstract:

The paper identifies and compares the used controlling tools of enterprises in the segment of wholesalers, manufacturers and water-heating-gas (WHG) companies and defines proposals for the application of the controlling tools for micro and small enterprises. Proposals are submitted on the basis of a questionnaire survey of enterprises in the WHG segment and their ratio financial analysis. A large group of this segment in the Czech Republic includes trading companies. Business controlling is also important for these companies. Therefore, tools such as monitoring the organization's own performance and payment problems are also selected. During the analysis of enterprises and ratios, it is determined which indicators can be recommended to micro and small enterprises. The recommendation is based on the evaluation of ratio indicators of companies which use controlling. Research has shown that companies do not put high emphasis on return of equity and focus primarily on sales plan rather than sales profitability. The research has limitations in the composition of enterprises included in the segment of the national economy of the Czech Republic. Due to the wide range of trading companies, it would be advisable to elaborate in more detail the companies representing foreign manufacturers on the Czech market, which show above-average results compared to other groups in the WHG segment.
