Abstract:
Nádor prsu je nejčastěji diagnostikované nádorové onemocnění u žen. Samotný nádor se skládá nejen z nádorových buněk, ale i z nádorového mikroprostředí v němž nejzastoupenějšími buňkami jsou právě fibroblasty, kterých se má práce týká. Abstract:
The breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women. The tumor is composed of the tumor cells and of the tumor microenvironment and breast cancer associated fibroblasts constitute the major components of the tumor microenvironment and play a key role in the initiation and progression of breast cancer.
