Diplomová práce je zaměřena na škálu a systém poskytovaných benefitů ve společnosti Revitrans, a.s. Nejprve byla společnost představena a následně byla nastíněna současná škála a systém poskytování benefitů. The thesis is focused on the range and benefits of the system in company Revitrans Ltd. First of all, the Company was introduced and subsequently the range and system of those benefits which were outlined. This range and benefit of the system have not changed since the foundation of company and it still have worked to this day.
