The thesis deals with the process of due diligence and its importance for the evaluation of the considered acquisition of Ernst Leopold s.r.o., which was in insolvency in 2016. The main goal of the thesis is to assess the situation of the company, identify potential risks associated with the investment and valuate the company accordingly.
