Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem cestovního ruchu mladých lidí ve Zlínském kraji. Cílem je identifikovat preference daného segmentu potenciálních zákazníků CK CEZAKO a zjistit odlišnost preferencí u mladých lidí (pracujících a studentů). V teoretické části je definován cestovní ruch, cestovní kanceláře, agentury a segment mladých lidí. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na marketingový výzkum. …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the survey of tourism of young people in the Zlín region. The aim is to identify the preferences of this segment of potential customers of the CEZAKO tour operator and to find out the difference of preferences of young people (working people and students).
