Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám zejména základní charakteristikou exekuce a exekučního řízení, účinnou právní úpravou a jejím srovnáním s právní úpravou účinnou do 31. 12. 2012. Cílem mé práce je také seznámit čtenáře s úpravou postihu podílu společníka ve společnosti s ručením omezeným a v družstvu. In my diploma thesis I deal mainly with execution in general, with legislation in force and comparison with legislation before 1.1.2013. The aim of the thesis is also to acquaint the reader with execution order against the business share of a company and cooperative member.
