Influence of Progressive Structures and Materials on Market Value of Buildings

Abstract:

The impact of advanced materials and structures to the market value of buildings is divided into three parts; theoretical, practical and analytical. The theoretical part of this work deals with progressive construction materials and technologies. The emphasis will be attached to materials and technology whose use can reduce the negative impact on the environment. However, the work will define materials which are progressive in terms of strength. It analyzes the comparison of their properties with the materials of conventional type and assesses the impact of these materials on the market value. This work includes two market valuation, practical part and analysis of real estate market district Martin in the analytical section

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na tri časti, teoretickú, praktickú a analytickú. V teoretickej časti sa táto práca zaoberá progresívnymi stavebnými materiálmi a technológiami, pričom dôraz bude prikladaný materiálom a technológiám., ktorých použitím je možné znížiť negatívny dopad na životné prostredie. Práca bude definovať však aj materiály, ktoré sú progresívne z hľadiska pevnosti. Následne bude analyzované porovnanie ich vlastností s materiálmi bežného typu a stanovenie vplyvu týchto materiálov na trhovú hodnotu. Táto práca obsahuje dve tržné ocenenia v praktickej časti a analýzu realitného trhu okres Martin v analytickej časti.
