Předmětem této práce je Úmluva Rady Evropy o opatřeních proti obchodování s lidmi („Úmluva“) a důvody, pro které ji Česká republika doposud neratifikovala. The subject of this thesis is the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (“the Convention”) and the reasons for which the Czech Republic has not ratified it yet.
