Bakalářská práce se věnuje porovnávací metodě při oceňování nemovitostí a její použití na současném trhu. V první části jsou shrnuta teoretická východiska pro použití této metody. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the comparative method of real estate valuation and its application in the current market. The first part summarizes the theoretical background for the use of this method. The second part deals with the application of the comparative method in the current market.
