Diplomová práce se zabývá instrumentáriem manažerského účetnictví a jeho vazbou na výkonnost podniku. Cílem práce je tyto nástroje manažerského účetnictví popsat a vyhodnotit do jaké míry ovlivňují výkonnost podniku. The diploma thesis deals with managerial accounting tools and its connection on company performance. The goal of this thesis is to describe these practices and evaluate the extent to which they affect the performance.
