Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivností rekvalifikačního kurzu a uplatněním jejich absolventů na trhu práce. Rekvalifikace je jedním z nástrojů, kterým lze nezaměstnanost snížit. V úvodu mé práce vymezuji pojmy jako je nezaměstnanost, její formy a rizikové skupiny na trhu práce. V další části mé práce se soustředím na rekvalifikace a rekvalifikační kurz personalistiky, ale také na to, co je obsahem personální práce. Třetí část mé práce je věnována vzdělávacím institucím, které se rekvalifikačními kurzy personalistiky zabývají. Závěr mé práce zahrnuje průzkumné šetření. Jako metodu průzkumu jsem zvolila dotazník. Úkolem této části je zjistit, zda je rekvalifikační kurz personalistiky efektivní

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis looks into effectiveness of the retraining course and making its graduates successful on the labour market. Retraining is one of the instruments to reduce unemployment. At the beginning of my thesis I define terms such as unemployment, its forms and vulnerability groups on the labour market. In the next part of my thesis I focus on retraining and retraining course of personnel management as well as on the content of personnel work. The third part of my thesis is devoted to educational institutions that deal with personnel retraining courses. The conclusion of my thesis contains an exploratory research. I used a questionnaire as a survey method. The purpose of this section is to find out whether the personnel retraining course is effective
