Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá verifikací silových účinků působících v tříbodovém závěsu traktoru, provádějícího agrotechnické operace zpracování půdy. Problematika je řešena s ohledem na optimalizaci výkonnostních parametrů souprav prostřednictvím využití pře-nosu sil z agregovaného stroje na tažný prostředek. Veškeré předpoklady byly experi-mentálně ověřeny. Naměřená data z polních měření byla tabulkově a graficky zpracována a následně vyhodnocena, aby bylo možné určit závěry pro praxi, či podněty pro další měření. Na základě provedených měření byly stanoveny silové účinky v tříbodovém zá-věsu traktoru provádějícího agrotechnické operace kypření půdy a orbu v agregaci s růz-nými typy kypřičů a pluhů. Z těchto poznatků lze určit významný vliv správného připo-jení a nastavení agregovaného stroje. Prostřednictvím změny délky horního táhla tříbo-dového závěsu jsme schopni navýšit zatížení připadající na zadní nápravu traktoru, čímž docílíme snížení prokluzu a navýšení výkonnostních parametrů soupravy. Pro dosažení přenosu vyššího podílu hmotnosti na zadní nápravu může být polonesený půdozpracující stroj vybaven tzv. trakčním posilovačem, jež může být umístěn nad horizontálním klou-bem poloneseného pluhu či kypřiče. V případě orební soupravy lze pomocí změny délky horního táhla, případně použitím trakčního posilovače, částečně vyrovnat nestejnoměrné zatížení brázdového a záhonového kola. Na základě uvedených závěrů lze vyvodit značný význam správného seřízení agregovaného stroje nebo použití podpůrných prostředků pro trakci na efektivitu prováděné agrotechnické operace.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis deals with the verification of force effects acting in the three-point hitch of a tractor performing agrotechnical operations of tillage. The problem is solved with regard to the optimization of the performance parameters of the sets through the using of transfering forces from the aggregated machine to the tractor. All assumpti-ons were experimentally verified. The measured data from the field measurements were tabulated and graphically processed and subsequently evaluated in order to determine conclusions for practice or suggestions for further experiments. Based on the measure-ments, the force effects in the three-point hitch of a tractor performing agrotechnical ope-rations of tillage and plowing in aggregation with different types of cultivators and plows were determined. From these findings, the significant influence of the correct connection and setting of the aggregated machine can be determined. By changing the length of the upper link of the three-point hitch, we are able to increase the load on the rear axle of the tractor, thereby reducing slippage and increasing the set's performance parameters. To achieve the transfer of a higher proportion of weight to the rear axle, the semi-mounted plough can be equipped with device named traction booster, which can be placed above the horizontal joint of the semi-mounted plow or cultivator. In the case of a plowing aggregation, the uneven load on the furrow wheel and the bed wheel can be partially compensated for by changing the length of the upper link or using a traction booster. On the basis of the above conclusions, it can be concluded that the correct adjustment of the aggregate machine or the use of support means for traction has a significant impact on the efficiency of the agrotechnical operation.
