Tato práce je zaměřena na problematické právní aspekty (z pohledu soudních rozhodnutí) vybraných přestupků na úseku provozu na pozemních komunikacích. This thesis focuses on the most questionable aspects (resulting from judgments) of chosen traffic offences. These chosen road traffic offences are driving under the influence, holding mobile phone or other recording equipment while driving and speed limit exceeding.
