Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Projekt tvorby krátkodobého a dlouhodobého finančního plánu firmy Třídič s.r.o. se zabývá problematikou sestavení těchto plánů s cílem zabezpečit dosa-žení vytyčených cílů firmy a jejího dalšího úspěšného rozvoje. První {--} teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z oblasti tvorby krátkodobého a dlouhodobého finančního plánu. Jsou zde charakterizovány cíle a struktura finančního plánu, metody tvorby finančního plánu a jejich následná kontrola. V druhé {--} praktické části je zpracována analýza vnitřních a vnějších podmínek firmy a zhodnocení jejího finančního zdraví. Násle-duje sestavení dlouhodobého finančního plánu ve dvou variantách. Je sestaven i krátkodo-bý plán pro variantu, u níž se předpokládá, že nastane. Závěrem jsou plány vyhodnoceny a jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro firmu při realizaci finančního plánu.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis which is called Project of short and long term financial plan creation of Tridic s.r.o. company is dealing with the problem of creation these plans in order to secure the achievement of stated aims for the company and its further successful development. First - theoretical part concerns of information from the area of short and long term financial plan creation. There are described the aims and structures of the financial plan, the methodology of financial plan creation and their followed review. In the second {--} practical part, there is compiled analysis of the inner and outer company{\crq}s conditions and assessment of its financial health. Furthermore, there is the creation for long term financial plan in two posibilities. There is also the creation of short term plan for a posibility which is likely expected to happen. In the end the plans are assessed and there are some recommendations proposed to the company when realizing the financial plan.
