Práca sa zameriava na politický diskurz v televíznom prostredí. Jej hlavným cieľom je analyzovať diskurz Borisa Johnsona, bývalého premiéra Spojeného kráľovstva. Práca sa zameriava najmä na Johnsonove vyhýbavé techniky, tj. techniky, ktoré používa v situáci-ách, keď je konfrontovaný s otázkami týkajúcimi sa škandálu Partygate. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on political discourse in a televised environment. Its main aim is to analyse the discourse of Boris Johnson, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. The thesis focuses mainly on Johnson's evasive techniques, in particular the techniques that are used in situations where Johnson is confronted with questions about the Partygate scandal.
