Target Costing method - a tool of strategic controlling
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je Target Costing - nástroj strategického controllingu. Zabývá se vymezením pojmu Target Costing a postupem této metody. Závěr práce se věnuje implementaci metody a s ní spojených přínosů nebo překážek. Okrajově se práce zabývá samotným pojmem controlling, pohledy na něj podle některých autorů a controllingovými nástroji.
Abstract:
The theme of this work is Target Costing - a tool for strategic controlling. It deals with the definition of the term Target Costing and procedure of this method. The conclusion deals with the implementation of the method and its related benefits or barriers. Marginally work concentrated on the concept of controlling, looks at him, according to some authors, and controlling instruments.
