Beer tourism as a tourism product
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku pivního turismu v Čechách. V teoretické části je popsán cestovní ruch, specifické formy cestovního ruchu, základny pivovarnictví od počátku jeho vzniku až po současnost. Dále práce obsahuje pivní turistiku zaměřenou na západní Čechy. Blíže jsou pak představeny pivovary a minipivovary v Plzeňském a Karlovarském kraji. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of beer tourism Czech Republic. In the theoretical part describes tourism, specific forms of tourism, the basics of brewing from the beginning of its inception to the present. The work also includes beer tourism focused on western Bohemia. Breweries and mini-breweries in the Pilsen and Karlovy Vary regions are introduced in more detail. The empirical part contains …more
