Tato práce zkoumá, zda je pro fyzickou osobu ekonomicky výhodné vstoupit na trh s řemeslným pivem. Zabývá se stabilitou a udržitelností takové firmy, možnostmi externího financování a minimalizací podnikatelských rizik. Analyzuje trh s řemeslným pivem a bariéry vstupu pro začínající podnikatele.
