Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je působení a vliv zátěžovvých situací a stresu na výkon profese učitele. V teoretické části se zabývá osobností učitele s jejími rysy,dále chrakteristikou profese učitele,pedagogickou způsobilostí a profesních kompetencí v návaznosti na specifika zátěžových situací tohoto povolání. Věnuje se stresu, jeho příčinám,prevenci a důležitosti rozvoje duševní hygieny a duševního zdraví.Praktická část zpracovává stresovou zátěž v práci učitele teoretické a praktické výuky na střední odborné škole

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the influence and impact of stressful situations and stress itself on teacher´s performance. The theoretical part deals with teacher´s personality and character, characteristics of teacher´s occupation, teaching skills and qualification in relation to the specific nature of stressful situations typical for this profession. It focuses on stress, its causes, prevention and the importance of the development of mental hygiene and mental health. The practical part focuses on the actual stress situations typical for teacher´s profession and work performance at vocational schools.
