Effectiveness of the state in response to new trends of criminality

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti státu při reakci na nové trendy kriminality. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat vývojové tendence zločinnosti v období ohraničeném roky 1990 – 2015 v kontextu s kriminálně rizikovými faktory té doby. Teoretická část popisuje Policii ČR ve struktuře veřejného sektoru, organizační změny a ekonomii Policie. Nosná část práce je zpracována formou případové studie zaměřené na příčiny nových kriminogenních faktorů a na efektivnost Policie ČR při jejich řešení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of the State, in response to new trends in criminality. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyse the developmental trends of crime in the period limited by the years 1990 – 2015 in the context of criminal risk factors of that time. The theoretical part describes the Police of the Czech Republic in the context of the structure of the public sector, organisational changes and the economy of the police. The structural part of the work is processed in the form of case study focused on the causes of new criminological factors and on the effectiveness of the Police of the Czech Republic in their solving.
