The Role Of Vitamin C In The Processes Of The Human Body
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vitamin C. Nejprve popisuje jeho strukturu, vlastnosti, zdroje příjmu, aktuální stav hladiny vitaminu C v populaci a metabolismus. Hlavní část práce se zabývá kofaktorovou funkcí vitaminu C a jeho antioxidativními a prooxidativními vlastnostmi. Poslední část je věnována vlivu vitaminu C na různá onemocnění a zdraví organismu.Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on vitamin C. Initially, it describes its structure, properties, sources of intake, current level of vitamin C in the population, and metabolism. The major part of the thesis deals with the cofactor function of vitamin C and its antioxidative and prooxidative properties.
