Changes in the labor market in the Hradec Králové region as a result of the coronavirus crisis

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřovala na analýzu změn na trhu práce v Královéhradeckém kraji v letech 2019-2021 v důsledku koronavirové krize. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jak velký dopad na trh práce v tomto kraji měla pandemie covid-19. Práce si kladla hlavní otázku: Do jaké míry byl trh práce v rámci Královéhradeckého kraje zasažen koronavirovou krizí? V rámci diplomové práce byla proveden kvantitativní výzkum analýzy dat. Práce byla rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část práce byla zaměřena na teoretická východiska trhu práce. V rámci praktické části diplomové práce byla provedena analýza trhu práce a příspěvků z cíleného programu Antivirus, který vznikl na podporu zaměstnavatelů v době pandemie. Z analýzy vyplývá, že za pomoci vládního opatření a vyplácení finančních prostředků v rámci podpory ekonomických subjektů, se podařilo i přes některé výkyvy trh práce a zaměstnanost udržet. Z cíleného programu Antivirus bylo v Královéhradeckém kraji vyplaceno celkem 1 819 658 765 Kč.

Abstract:

The thesis focused on the analysis of changes in the labour market in the Hradec Králové Region in 2019-2021 as a result of the coronavirus crisis. The aim of the thesis was to find out how much impact the covid-19 pandemic had on the labour market in this region. The thesis asked the main question: To what extent has the labour market within the Hradec Kralove Region been affected by the coronavirus crisis? Within the framework of the thesis a quantitative research of data analysis was carried out. The thesis was divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis focused on the theoretical background of the labour market. The practical part of the thesis analysed the labour market and the contributions of the Targeted Antiviral Programme, which was set up to support employers during the pandemic. The analysis shows that with the help of government action and the disbursement of funds in support of economic agents, the labour market and employment have been sustained despite some fluctuations. A total of CZK 1 819 658 765 was paid out from the targeted Antivirus programme in the Hradec Králové Region
