The Process of Restructuring for Example Selected Company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá krizí společnosti X. Analýzou krize společnosti a stanovením příčin vzniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se krize podniku. Praktická část se zabývá popisem společnosti a jednotlivými body řešení její krize. Poslední část se věnuje návrhům řešení krize.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the crisis of company X. Analysis of the crisis of the company and determination of causes. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic concepts related to the crisis of the company. The practical part deals with the description of companies and the individual points of solution of its crisis. The last part deals with proposals for crisis management.
