Abstract:
Cílem práce je navrhnout zlepšení ve vybraném bankovním procesu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se věnuje tradičnímu a bankovnímu přístupům k inovacím. Definice inovací, klasifikace, zdroje, modely inovačního procesu, překážky inovací jsou představovány v teoretické části. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou procesu a vytvořením návrhu inovačního modelu procesu.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to propose improvements in the selected banking process. This thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the traditional and banking approaches to innovations.
