Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá efekt tréninkové intervence na rozvoj rychlostně koordinačních schopností ve vybraných agility testech u amatérských dospělých hráčů fotbalu. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda námi navržená tréninková intervence zaměřená na rozvoj agility ovlivní výkon ve specifických motorických testech u dospělých fotbalistů. Tréninkový program byl použit u experimentální skupiny po dobu osmi týdnů. Během vstupního a výstupního měření byly provedeny tyto testy v následujícím pořadí Fitro Agility test, Illinois Agility test a Arrowhead Agility test. Teoretická část je rozdělena na kapitoly zabývající se charakteristikou fotbalu, faktory ovlivňující sportovní výkon ve fotbale, motorickými schopnostmi, reakční dobou, jejím rozvojem a diagnostikou, agilitou, jejím rozvojem, vhodnou diagnostikou této schopnosti, studiemi v řešené problematice, souhrnem a vymezením problému. Našeho výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 30 dospělých fotbalistů, kteří byli záměrně rozděleni na experimentální a kontrolní skupinu. U testovaných hráčů byly provedeny tři testy (Fitro Agility test, Illinois Agility test a Arrowhead Agility test), které hodnotily úroveň agility. V další fázi jsme data zpracovali a analyzovali za pomocí statistických metod. Výsledky potvrzují, že experimentální skupina, která absolvovala dvou měsíční tréninkovou intervenci, zaznamenala zlepšení ve vybraných testech agility. Tréninková intervence, kterou jsme vyvinuli, je především určena pro hráče fotbalu, nicméně je možné ji integrovat do tréninkového procesu i v jiných sportech, kde je agilita klíčovým faktorem.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the effect of training intervention about the development of speed coordinated skills in selected agility tests in amateur adult football players. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out whether our proposed training intervention, focused on the development of agility, will affect the performance in specific motor tests in adult football players. The training program was used in the experimental group for eight weeks. During the entry and exit measurements, these tests were performed in the following order: Fitro Agility test, Illinois Agility test and Arrowhead Agility test. The theoretical part is divided into chapters as dealing with the characteristics of football, factors influencing sports performance in football, motor skills, reaction time and its development and diagnostics, agility and its development, appropriate diagnostics of this ability, studies in the solved issue, summary and finally the definition of the problem. A total of 30 adult football players had participated in our research and were intentionally divided into an experimental and a control group. Three tests (Fitro Agility test, Illinois Agility test and Arrowhead Agility test) had been performed on the tested players to assess the level of agility. In the next phase, we have processed and analysed the data using statistical methods. The results confirmed that the experimental group, which completed a two-month training intervention, experienced an improvement in selected agility tests. The training intervention we have developed is primarily designed for football players, however, it can also be integrated into the training process in other sports where agility is a key factor.
