Anotácia:

Hlavním tématem této práce jsou animační služby v cestovním ruchu. V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika animace a její historie, popis pracovních činností animátorů a zabezpečení animací. Teoretická část seznámí s animační činností nejen odborníky a studenty z cestovního ruchu, ale i neodbornou veřejnost Tato práce má za cíl analyzovat nabídku pracovních příležitostí animátorů u cestovních kanceláří. V praktické části je provedena analýza výběrového řízení na pozici animátora u cestovních kanceláří. Dále je zde lokalizace dané destinace a rozbor hotelu Karteros a jeho animačního programu. U hotelu Karteros je též provedena SWOT analýza. V návrhu je sestavený plán pro výběr vhodných animátorů.

Abstract:

The main topics of this thesis are animation services in tourism. In the theoretical parth of the thesis there are characteristic of animation and its history, description of animators working activities and types of provision. The theoretical part will acquaint not only specialist and students from the tourism, but also the unqualified public acquainted with the animation activities. This thesis aims to analyze the offer of animator´s jobs and travel agencies. In the practical part, an analysis of the selection procedure for the position of an animator at travel agencies is carried out. There is also a location of the destination and an analysis of the Karteros Hotel and its animation program. A SWOT analysis is also carried out at the Karteros Hotel. The plan proposes a plan to select right animators.
