Operating Specifics of the Chateau Hotel after the Reconstruction of the Building

Abstract:

Zámecký hotel byl poprvé uveden do provozu v roce 1991 po celkové opravě starého zchátralého zámku. V provozu byl od jeho otevření nepřetržitě až do roku 2013. Po celou dobu byl provozovaný jako hotel nezávislý. První provozovatel zde působil v letech 1991 – 1995, druhý v letech 1996 – 2012, a třetí pouze po dobu 6 měsíců. Majitel se proto rozhodl hotel uzavřít, provést v něm alespoň částečnou rekonstrukci starých a finančně náročných technologií, nově vybavit výrobní středisko, odbytová střediska, ubytovací středisko a zřídit úplně nové malé wellness centrum s možností využití vody z vlastní studny. Rovněž se rozhodl, že napříště si bude celý provoz hotelu řídit sám a zaměstná odborníka z oboru hotelnictví a gastronomie. Případný další nájemní vztah zváží v budoucnu.

Abstract:

The chateau hotel was first put into operation in 1991 after a complete overhaul of an old dilapidated chateau. It was in operation continuously from its inception until the end of 2013 being operated as an independent hotel at all times. The first runner managed the hotel between the years 1991 – 1995, the second between 1996 – 2012, the third only for a period of 6 months. The onwer therefor decided to close the hotel and to carry out at least some partial reconstruction of old and financially demanding technologies, to equip newly a production center, sales centers, accommodation center and to set up a brand new small wellness center with the possible use of water from the hotel´s own well. He also decided that in the future he would run the entire hotel himself and would hire a hospitality specialist. He would consider a possible further lease in the future
