Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám alternativními a doplňkovými tresty v podmínkách České republiky i Anglie a Walesu. Za cíl si kladu poskytnout přehled právní úpravy vybraných alternativních trestů z obou zemí a do jisté míry jejich právní úpravu porovnat. The Bachelor thesis deals with the theme of alternative sentences and complementary punishments in the Czech Republic, England and Wales. The main purpose of the thesis is to provide an overview of the legal framework related to these sentences and punishments, and to a certain extent, compare the legal framework in both countries.
