V bakalářské práci se budu zabývat otázkou financování podniku s pomocí leasingu a úvěru. Práce rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První část se bude věnovat popsání základních pojmů, které se týká leasingu a úvěru, jejich základním druhům. Budu porovnávat účetní a daňová pravidla. In the bachelor thesis I will deal with the issue of financing the company with the help of leasing and credit. The work is divided into two basic parts. The first part will deal with the basic concepts of leasing and credit, their basic types. I will compare accounting and tax rules.
