Tato diplomová práce se zabývá společníkem osobních obchodních společností, konkrétně jeho podílem na zisku a ztrátě této společnosti. První část práce se zabývá poměrem podílů na zisku a ztrátě jednotlivých společníků, ať už společníků veřejné obchodní společnosti nebo komplementáře a komanditisty komanditní společnosti. The thesis deals with the partner of commercial company, especially with profit and loss of this company. The first part of work deals with proportion of portion on profit and loss of individual partners, whether it is partner of partnership or general and limited partner of limited partnership.
