Cieľom bakalárskej práce je priblížiť a zhodnotiť právnu úpravu zmluvy o predaji podniku a porovnať ju s vybranými zmluvami upravenými v Obchodnom zákonníku. Prvá kapitola sa venuje samotnému podniku, podnikaniu a osobám, ktoré sú oprávnené podnikať.
