Abstract:

Práca sa zaoberá skúmaním prechodu k udržateľnej mobilite v rámci sektoru hromadnej dopravy v Ostrave. Tento prerod autor sleduje pomocou dvoch teoreticko-metodologických prístupov, t.j. viacúrovňová perspektíva (MLP) a teória sieti aktérov (ANT). MLP je doplnené ANT z dôvodu obohatenia konceptu aktéra prvej z uvedených. MLP je v práci rozšírené o tzv. "podriadený režim" a viacúrovňové aktérstvo. Práca vyzdvihuje rolu technologie, dokumentov a symbolov ako entít schopných vykonávať akciu a prispievať k stabilite siete.

Abstract:

The thesis is concerned with a sustainable transition in the public mobility sector in Ostrava. The scrutiny follows two theoretical and methodological approaches, i.e., Multi-Level Perspective and Actor-Network Theory. The integration of ANT and MLP is seen as enriching the latter's concept of agency. The widening of MLP in this work can be seen on the inclusion of a "subaltern regime" and building on the notion of multi-level agency. The ANT uncovers the agency of technology, documents, and semiotic inscriptions that assist in network stabilization.
