Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem identifikace osob podle fotografií. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se pojednává o vývoji kriminalistické fotografie, pořizování kriminalistických fotografií živých osob a mrtvol, metodách zkoumání fotografií osob a významu portrétní identifikace, jež úzce souvisí se zkoumanou problematikou. Klíčová je praktická část, která tvoří samotný výzkum, jehož hlavním cílem je porovnat podobnost dvojvaječných dvojčat na fotografiích z pohledu kriminalistické identifikace osob. Dílčí cíle jsou zaměřeny na provedení výzkumu fotografií a to, jestli jsou na nich zobrazeny totožné osoby či nikoliv, jak moc je viditelná změna lidského obličeje na fotografiích po několika letech či zda určitá úprava lidského obličeje značně ovlivní samotné zkoumání fotografií.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the topic of identification of persons from photographs. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the development of criminalistic photography, taking criminalistic photographs of living persons and corpses, methods of examining photographs of persons and the importance of portrait identification, which is closely related to the problem under study. The key part is the practical part, which consists of the research itself, the main aim of which is to compare the similarity of twin twins in photographs from the perspective of criminalistic identification of persons. The subobjectives are focused on conducting research on the photographs and whether or not they show identical people, how much change is visible in the human face in the photographs after several years, or whether a certain modification of the human face will greatly affect the actual examination of the photographs.
