Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se ve své podstatě zabývá srovnáním dvou základních subjektivních metod určování korekce, resp. cylindrické korekce. V současné době se v České republice užívá k tomuto účelu především metody Jacksonových zkřížených cylindrů či tzv. zamlžovací metody. Výstupem práce a výzkumu by tak mělo být vytvoření stanoviska, které srovnává tyto metody jaksi obecně i z hlediska konkrétních užití, která budou nastíněna v obsahu jednotlivých hypotéz. Celá kompozice je tak přirozeně sestavena z části teoretické a výzkumné. První část tedy nejprve obecně vymezuje anatomické struktury, které se pojednávané problematiky těsně týkají. Následuje pak přehled refrakčních vad s důrazem na astigmatismus. Logicky dále navazuje kapitola objektivních a subjektivních metod od těch nejjednodušší až po složitější přístrojové vyšetřovací postupy. Již z titulu práce je nutné poněkud podrobněji rozebrat problematiku subjektivních metod korekce astigmatismu, včetně dvou stěžejních metod, uvedených v úvodu anotace. Výzkumná část je cíleně zaměřena na srovnání oněch metod z několika hledisek, vytyčených hypotézami.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis aims at the comparison of two basic subjective methods of correction determination, or more precisely cylindrical correction determination. For this purpose is these days in Czech Republic used especially the method of Jackson crossed cylinders and so-called fogging method. Output of the thesis and associated research should present opinion, that compares both methods not only in general, but also from the perspective of their specific use, which will be adumbrated in content of each hypothesis. The whole thesis consists of theoretical part and research part, where theoretical part in the first place defines in general anatomical structures, that are relevant to the issue, followed by the overview of refractive errors with emphasis on astigmatism. Then logically reassumes the chapter about objective and subjective methods, from the simplest to the more difficult instrumental examination procedures. As the title of the thesis suggests, it is necessary to analyze more precisely the issue of subjective astigmatism correction methods, including the two fundamental methods mentioned in the opening. The research part is focused on comparison of several selected aspects of these methods.
