Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce řeší využívání vybraných manažerských metod ve veřejné správě k hodnocení pracovníků a ke zvyšování kvality řízení. Teoretická část se zabývá veřejnou správou a jednotlivými metodami. Praktická část se věnuje využití těchto metod ve vybraných úřadech.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is about using several selected managements methods in public administration for evaluating workers and for increasing quality control. The theoretic part deals with public administration and selected methods. The practical part describes using these methods in selected municipals' offices.
