Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá slabozrakostí obecně. V teoretické části jsou zmíněné příčiny slabozrakosti v rozvojových a technicky vyspělých zemích, vyšetření slabozrakého pacienta a následné dělení do skupin. Jedna podkapitola také pojednává o příspěvku od úřadu práce na konkrétní zdravotnickou pomůcku. Za zmínku stojí i organizace pro slabozraké pacienty. Z kompenzačních pomůcek je pak podrobněji popsaná lupa včetně jejího fyzikálního principu. Praktická část je zaměřena na bližší specifikace výběru lupy. Pacienti si vybírají typ osvětlení, velikost zvětšení a použitelnost lupy.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with low vision in general. In the theoretical part, the causes of low vision in developing and technically developed countries, examination of the low vision patient and subsequent grouping are mentioned. One subchapter also discusses the contribution from the Labour Office for a specific medical aid. Organizations for visually impaired patients are also worth mentioning. Of the compensatory aids, the magnifying glass is then described in detail, including its physical principle. The practical part focuses on the more detailed specifications for the selection of a magnifying glass. Patients choose the type of illumination, magnification size and usability of the magnifier.
