Aalysis of soil temperature in Brno

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse soil temperature in six selected meteorological stations in Brno. It focuses on the study of soil physical characteristics at selected stations. The analysis of the measured data and its comparison was carried out within individual stations, which have the same values of soil temperature values at specific depths. Subsequently, the temperature was compared in several depths within a single station. The next aim of the thesis was to focus on two chosen stations that were selected on the basis of data analysis and their mutual variability and specify its soil physical characteristics. All analyses were conducted over the available period within the timeframe 2009-2016. The main goal of the thesis is to point out the effect of several characteristics, including the surrounding environment, which have a significant influence on the soil temperature regime. The results of the work confirmed that not only the closest location of the meteorological station is very important, but also broader location makes a influence on the temperature of the soil temperature regime, where the density of the building and the traffic density makes a certain role.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje teplotu půdy v rámci šesti vybraných meteorologických stanic na území města Brna. Také se zaměřuje na studium fyzikálních vlastností půdy ve vybraných stanicích. Analýza naměřených dat a jejich porovnání bylo provedeno na jednotlivých stanicích, které mají dostupné stejné hodnoty teplot půdy v určitých hloubkách. Následně proběhlo srovnání teplot ve více hloubkách v rámci jedné stanice. Pro další cíl týkající se studia fyzikálních vlastností půdy byly vybrány dvě účelové stanice na základě analýzy dat a jejich vzájemné variability. Všechny analýzy byly realizovány za dostupné období, v rámci časového období let 2009-2016. Záměrem práce je poukázat na účinek několika charakteristik, včetně blízkého okolí, které mají značný vliv na režim teploty půdy. Z výsledků práce se potvrdilo, že nejen okolí meteorologické stanice jako vegetační pokryv, stín a samotné složení půdy je velmi důležité, ale vliv na režim chodu teploty půdy má i samotné město, ve kterém hraje jistou roli hustota zástavby a dopravní vytíženost širšího okolí.
