Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o pacienty v terminálním stádiu nemoci. Popsány jsou tři hlavní cíle. Prvním úkolem je zjistit, jak vnímají všeobecné sestry práci v hospici. Druhý identifikuje nejčastější potřeby pacientů v hospici. Poslední cíl hodnotí, jak všeobecné sestry zvládají psychickou zátěž při umírání pacienta. Abstract:
The thesis deals with nursing care of the patient in the terminal illness stage. There are described three main targets. The first one is to found out how nurses perceive the job in a hospice. The second objective is identifying the most frequent hospice patient’s needs. Finally the last goal is to evaluate how the nurses deal with mental stress during patient’s dying.
