Práce se zabývá právy a povinnostmi advokáta ve vztahu ke klientovi, stejně tak historickým vývojem advokacie od antického Říma i v českých zemích. Ve svých úvodních kapitolách vysvětluje základní pojmy související s advokacií a následně se věnuje povinnostem vůči klientovi s podrobnějším zaměřením na povinnost mlčenlivosti. The thesis deals with rights and duties of solicitors in a relationship with a client as well as the historical development of legal profession since ancient Rome and in Czech Lands too.
