Optimization of technological process of pad printing on glass closures

Abstract:

Práce je věnována potisku skleněných zátek Vinolok pomocí tamponového tisku. V úvodu práce jsou popsány způsoby potisku skla a barvy, které se k potisku skla používají. Poté je popsána technika tamponového tisku, její principy a faktory, které ovlivňují výslednou kvalitu tisku u této tiskové techniky. Dále se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na stávající technologický postup potisku zátek, využívaný firmou Preciosa, a. s. Je popsáno výrobní zařízení a metody, které jsou nyní pro potisk používány; s nimi související kvalita tisku byla experimentálně charakterizována. Na základě analýzy a hodnocení výsledků charakterizace byly navrženy a experimentálně ověřeny možné změny technologického procesu potisku skleněných zátek. Závěrem jsou doporučeny vhodné způsoby optimalizace.

Abstract:

Work deals with printing on Vinolok glass closures using pad printing. In the introduction there are described methods of printing on glass and printing inks for glass. Then the work describes the technique of pad printing, its principles and factors that affect the final print quality of pad printing. Further, this thesis focuses on the existing technological process of printing on closures used by Preciosa, a. s. There are described production facilities and methods that are now used for printing; the related print quality has been experimentally characterized. Based on analysis and evaluation of the results, the posible improvements of the technological process have been suggested and experimentally verified. Finally, the suitable solutions to optimize the glass closures printing process are recommended.
