Předmětem této práce je právní úprava smluvních typů prodeje podniku a nájmu podniku dle ObchZ. Vzhledem k tomu, že předmětem dispozice obou smluvních typů je podnik, je pojednáno i o podniku a organizačních složkách podniku. Jako průřezová otázka je řešena ochrana prodávajícího podniku a pronajímatele podniku před případným nesprávným postupem druhé smluvní strany – kupujícího či nájemce. Součástí …more

The main topic of this thesis is Czech legal regulation of the Contract for the Sale of Enterprise and the Contract for the Lease of Enterprise. Due to the thesis and its main topics the thesis is also concerned to the term an enterprise which is the subject matter of both contracts.
