Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Moderní organizační formy a jejich navržení pro MSP se zabývá problematikou vhodné volby moderní organizační formy pro konkrétní korporaci. Téma diplomové práce jsem zvolil především z důvodu aktuálnosti potřeby navržení vhodné organizační formy pro konkrétní korporaci v souvislosti s jejím budoucím úspěšným rozvojem na českém i evropském trhu. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na kompilaci teoretických východisek vztahujících se k dané problematice. Uveden je historický i aktuální vývoj v daném oboru. Představeno je široké spektrum organizačních forem, jejich třídění, kladné a někdy i záporné stránky. Tato část je završena teoretickými návrhy organizačních forem vhodných pro malé a střední podniky. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího stavu organizační formy v konkrétní korporaci. Obsahuje představení konkrétní korporace, předmět činnosti, strategii a konkurenční prostředí. Dále je proveden průzkum v konkrétní korporaci formou dotazníkových šetření za účelem nalezení informací nezbytných k vytvoření návrhu vhodné organizační formy pro konkrétní korporaci. Po vyhodnocení všech dat je následně zformulován samotný návrh organizační formy a jeho implementace do konkrétní korporace, což je hlavním cílem diplomové práce. Podstatným nástrojem dosažení hlavního cíle je stanovení dílčích cílů a získání odpovědí na hypotézy. Zda je současná organizační forma v konkrétní korporaci zastaralá. Zda zavedení moderní organizační formy ve fungující korporaci má vliv na větší konkurenceschopnost. Zda bude návrh vhodné organizační formy pro konkrétní korporaci hodnocen praxí kladně.Metody použité pro dosažení cílů diplomové práce jsou zejména metoda syntézy a indukce, kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkum, metoda dedukce a systémové analýzy.

Abstract:

The thesis on Modern organization forms and their design for SMEs deals with appropriate choice of organizational form for a particular corporation. I chose this topic mainly based on the actual need to design appropriate organization form for the particular corporation to emphasis its successful future on Czech and on European markets.The fist part of this thesis is focused on theoretical background related to this topic. It is based on historical and current development in the field. It presents a wide range of organizational forms, its classification and also positive and sometimes negative aspects. This part is fulfilled by theoretical suggestions of organizational forms suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.The second part is focused on the analysis of the current organizational form in a particular corporation. The second part describes the particular corporation, its objectives, strategy and competitive environment. In order to determine a suitable organizational form for the particular corporation, the survey was conducted. The main objective of this survey was to gather necessary information to defined appropriate form of organization. After careful evaluation of all the data gathered during the survey the proposal of the organizational form for the particular corporation is formulated, which is the main objective of this thesis.The essential tool to achieving the main objective of this thesis is to establish milestones and obtain answers to hypotheses created at the very beginning. Whether the current organizational form used in the particular corporation is obsolete. Whether the implementation of modern organizational form will have impact on its competitiveness. Whether the proposal of an appropriate organizational form for the particular corporation will be positively evaluated.To achieve the objectives of this thesis several individual research methods are used. Namely, it is the method of analysis and synthesis, quantitative and qualitative research as well as induction and deduction.
