Abstract:
Zaměřením této bakalářské práce je management vybrané sportovní organizace, na které budu zkoumat jeho odlišnosti od způsobu řízení (managementu) obchodní společnosti. Porovnáním budu hledat podobné znaky, které tyto dvě organizace mají, ale také znaky, kterými se odlišují. Cílem BP je pomocí využití těchto odlišných znaků ve sportovní organizaci najít vhodné kroky ke zlepšení jejího managementu.
Abstract:
The focus of this work is selected sports management organization to which I will examine its differences from the way management (management) company. Comparing'll find similar characters that these two organizations, but also the characteristics that distinguish them.
