Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vztahu mezi stresem a kvalitou života. Teoretická část se věnuje definicí stresu, typům stresu, jeho historickému zkoumání. Je zde popsána problematika měření stresu i jeho příznaky. V druhé části teorie je popsána kvalita života, její teoretické vymezení a měření. Jelikož byl výzkum aplikován na státní všeobecná gymnázia v Brně, je zde popsána také osobnost učitele, psychologie zdraví a stres v práci učitele. Ve výzkumné části je zachycen vliv stresu na kvalitu života v práci učitele. Jeho psychické a psychofyziologické projevy. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí Bostonského dotazníku na měření stresu a subjektivní metody SEiQoL, která byla použita jako strukturovaný rozhovor na měření kvality života. Tato část obsahuje vlastní poznatky zjištěné pomocí rozboru získaných dat.

Abstract:

In my thesis I focus on an issue of the relationship between stress and quality of life. The theoretical section is dedicated to a definition of the stress itself, type of stress and finally its historical investigation. There is described how we can measure the stress and also its symptoms. The second section of my thesis describes the quality of life together with the theoretical definition and measurement. Since the research was applied in the general high schools in Brno, there is also described the personality of teacher, psychology of the health and stress that appears at the teacher´s work. In the research section is mentioned the influence of stress on the quality of life at teacher´s work and also its psychological and psycho-physiological symptoms. The research was implemented through the Boston´s questionaire to measure the stress and also the SEiQoL method, which was used as a structured dialogue for the measuring of the life quality. In this section I present my own knowledge, those I could discover through analysis of the acquired data
