Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zavádění inovací v krizovém řízení. Po-pisuje vznik a význam pojmu "entrepreneur" a od něj odvozeného pojmu "entrepreneurship". Práce představuje entrepreneurship jako proces, který je vždy spojen s rizikem, a současně vysvětluje rozdíl mezi podnikáním a samotným enrepreneurshipem. The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of innovation in crisis management. It describes the origin and meaning of the term "entrepreneur" and deriving from it "entrepreneurship" notion.
