Financing of Volunteer Fire Brigade Units in Selected Municipalities in the Territory of the Zlín Region

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na proces financování jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů obcí ve Zlínském kraji. Cílem teoretické části je objasnit základní termíny z oblasti požární ochrany, přiblížit vnitřní strukturu jednotek požární ochrany a předmět jejich činnosti, na základě které jim jsou přidělovány finance. V praktické časti je popsána současná situace financování jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů obcí ve Zlínském kraji a přiblížena na dvou konkrétních obcích. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je navrženo zefektivnění financování a zvýšení akceschopnosti pro konkrétní obce.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the process of financing of volunteer fire brigades units of municipalities in the Zlín region. The aim of the theoretical part is to clarify the basic terms in the field of fire protection, to approach the internal structure of fire protection units and the subject of their activities, on the basis of which they are allocated funds. The practical part describes the current situation of financing of voluntateer fire brigades units of municipalities in the Zlín region and approaches two specific municipalities. Based on the findings, it is proposed to increase funding efficiency and increase in ability to encroach for specific municipalities.
