Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na obecné postupy týkající se zakládání obchodních společností. V teoretické části jsou popsány obchodní společnosti, dále pak právní úprava obchodních společností a postupy týkající se zakládání společností. Poslední část je zaměřena na založení konkrétní společnosti s ručením omezeným.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is aimed at the common routes concerning business companies. The theoretical part describes business companies, legal regulation of the business companies and common routes concerning foundation of companies. The last part is aimed on the foundation particular limited liability company.
