Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku lidské důstojnosti jako hodnoty v rámci ústavního práva. V práci je vysvětlen obsah tohoto pojmu v souvislosti s historickým vývojem společnosti a různé pohledy na tento pojem. Dále práce popisuje chápání lidské důstojnosti v dnešním světě.
