Bakalárska práca je zameraná na sprostredkovanie informácií o založení a vzniku akciovej spoločnosti. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretickú charakteristiku akciovej spoločnosti, jej orgánov a vysvetlenie pojmu akcia.
